I expect a lot from this Life. It’s going by to fast. Sometimes you look back and wonder where did it all go? Did I give the best me? Were my expectations for this life lined up to my actions? Never satisfied. I would have to say No! I live with plenty of regrets because I expect so much from myself and the ones around me. The sad thing is this vision in my head is so hard to reach. Usually because I’m exhausted and overwhelmed by my own expectations. Which makes it difficult to complete what I ask and expect from myself. I need to have the energy daily to give it my ALL! Then and only then will I be satisfied with my expectations that I set on myself for this short Life we have. I’m grateful to breath this fresh air to have what I have and to have a wonderful family.

Short and Sweet……To Line up to your expectations. You need to get healthy first. So take care of yourself so that you can take take care of the ones you Love most and only then will you have met your highest expectations for yourself and finally be at Peace.

What do I expect from myself today?

Just to continue on this plan of eating and drinking healthier. To workout at least 3 times a week with a trainer and to run 2-3 times a week and slowly increase to Daily. I’m suppose to run tonight but I’m on my period and feeling super exhausted after my workout. I have to be patient with myself and understand my body. It’s getting older and the energy I use to have is slowly disappearing. In order to feel somewhat as I did in my 20s and 30s I would need to take hormones but I fear the consequences. I’m not sure what’s doing internally.

Short and Sweet….just eat healthy tonight if you don’t have the energy to run.

It seems like my expectations are too High. Some people just don’t have the eye and it’s difficult to have to be patient for them to catch up with my vision. Sometimes you have to just accept things as is. Either way it’s difficult because you can lose passion for Life by having to lower standards. If not, you’re a Bitch. Ugh….either way it sucks. I’m starting to think lowering my standards isn’t an option for me anymore. I’m getting to old for mediocre standards.

Short and Sweet……Go after what you want and don’t Let Go of your desires.

it’s tiring having to constantly fight over the little things. I’m at the point where I am numbed. It’s not a good place to be and it’s going to be a tough place to get out of. The thing is he’s not making easy on me. He’s feeling attacked All the time when it’s concerns I’m bringing up. Either way I tired of it. I’m seriously getting to the point where I just want Peace at all cost. Maybe it’s ran it’s course? Maybe this could be the beginning to the End. I’m just not sure If I have the patience or energy anymore. He seems happier being selfish and I’m just not in it the way I use to be. I use to have passion for Life in most simplest things and now it’s All a blur. I don’t think I’m Happy anymore. I use to wake up with passion and direction and now its just get by. Everything is I’m offending him and putting him down. He’s taken the victim road and that’s pathetic because you can see the other persons point of view or discuss anything with that attitude. In a losing battle and falling very quickly. I’m not sure if I can save it anymore.

Short and Sweet……Don’t expect anything and Take Care of yourself because at the end that’s all you got.

Nike came in today to show product but first he came in to play golf. Ivan and I had fun and I beat both Guys! Yae, I had a par on first hole and I birdied the 5th hole. Kind of exciting because this damn game is very difficult but yet exciting:) So, we had dinner talked about his personal life and how the direction of Nike is going. It was more clear today of the direction Nike is going. Where do we stand as a retailer as the internet business? What should we do going forward? Not quite sure because they might be sealing our future.

First they have the new distribution in Tennnesse. Which if you look at the position (as far as
shipping distance to ALL states) thats a little scary!!! Plus, how their allocations is another problem. It’s the LULULEMON effect. Nike is getting rid of all retailers. Chris said in 10 years reps will no longer be needed. What industry can we compare ourselves to? It’s already happening. How do we protect ourselves? Do we just focus on now get what we can out of it. USE NIKE and Adidas to get us to the next stage of our lives. I believe so. It’s a matter of time before the rid of all stores. Dont be a fool and allow them to dictate your future. It’s a short LIFE use it up the way you want it or else they will dictate your future. Rembember Lucy stay true to yourself and protect your Family. You feel it coming don’t stay stagnant you must chase your future of opportunities or allow them to slip away.

What are the steps of ACTION needed to take to be revenant?

    1. KNOW your competitors
    2. Know the market
    3. Know how to use the tools to your advantage
    4. What are the GOALS
    5. Who will stop you?
    6. What are your obstacles
    7. Give yourself a Far distance between your competitors to matter to the vendors
    8. Do you have it in you to withstand the intense pain you will feel to have to strive daily
    9. MARK CUBAN quotes to LIVE by:

Sweat equity is the most valuable equity there is. Know your business and industry better than anyone else in the world. Love what you do or don’t do it.

I still work hard to know my business. I’m continuously looking for ways to improve all my companies, and I’m always selling. Always.

“It’s not about money or connections — it’s the willingness to outwork and outlearn everyone when it comes to your business. And if it fails, you learn from what happened and do a better job next time.”
    — Mark Cuban

Go out there and get rich. Get so obnoxiously rich that when that tax bill comes, your first thought will be to choke on how big a check you have to write.”

Make sure you are the boss. I don’t think I would encourage executives that work for me to blog. There can be only 1 public vision for an organization.”

Treat your customers like they own you. Because they do.”

A sure sign of failure for a startup is when someone sends me logo-embroidered polo shirts. If your people are at shows and in public, it’s okay to buy for your own employees, but if you really think people are going to wear your branded polo when they’re out and about, you are mistaken and have no idea how to spend your money.”

What does it take to be a successful entrepreneur? It takes willingness to learn, to be able to focus, to absorb information, and to always realize that business is a 24/7 job where someone is always out there to kick your ass.”

So, taking in all that happened today and reading Mark cubans quotes. It’s a scary competitive World and I need to buckle down and GET my shit together or LOSE
everything and not be able to leave our generations to follow anything. NOT acceptable!!!

    Short and Sweet….. GET FOCUSED!!!!!

    Best Advice:

    1. say “yes” to every job opportunity that came her way — and then put in the work to make sure it’s done right.

2.Richard Branson’s father taught him to always protect the downside in business.

    3. See the brain as a tool that needs daily upkeep, and prescribed a “healthy mind platter” of sleep time, physical time, focus time, time in (self-reflection), down time, play time, and — most importantly — connecting time.

    4. Always stay true to yourself.

    5. The Desiderata
Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals; and everywhere life is full of heroism. Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

    Max Ehrman

    8. Don’t follow the crowd

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,

I took the one less traveled by,

    13. Never give up.

    14. Learn to control the things you can and deal with those you can’t.
